As a team of five creative and seasoned senior producers and project managers, the KSA Toronto Team comes to each project with complimentary and unique skill sets in order to create seamless and impactful experiences.

Carlton Aylett — President + Strategic Designer

With over 25 years at KSA Toronto, Carlton is the creative brain that drives the ship. His versatility and eye for detail translates into results-driven events. With capabilities in all aspects of live events and show production, Carlton is a unique asset on every show.

Julie Donoahue — Senior Producer + Manager of Business Operations

With over 20 years’ experience in live event production, Julie is the Senior Producer and Manager of Business Operations at KSA and oversees the entire event team. She has produced a multitude of projects including galas, conferences, product launches and national tours.

Julie’s expertise in stage management, lighting, sound, technical direction, logistics and project management make her a trusted client resource and an invaluable member of the KSA team.

Callie Hynes — Senior Producer + Business Development

Callie is a creative and seasoned planner, producer and event professional who has created, planned, managed and executed events large and small across North America for 20 years. Some of her clients include Molson Coors, Canadian Tire, MLSE, NBA, Hockey Canada and the Toronto Festival of Beer.

Callie is a specialist in event logistics, operations, live event programming and proprietary event development.

Sherry Vatcher — Accounting Manager

Sherry has been keeping the KSA team in check since 2008. With over 20 years of experience in accounting, Sherry is responsible for the finances and office administration. Managing a team of energetic and creative producers is no mean feat and Sherry holds her own with patience and humour.
