The Redpath Water Festival presented by Billy Bishop Airport (RWF)

The Redpath Waterfront Festival, presented by Billy Bishop Airport (RWF), is an annual summer event that provides on-land and on-water programming for people of all ages and interests, promoting Toronto locally and internationally as a premiere waterfront destination. With music, food, nautical programs and entertainment, the festival is one of the top annual events in Toronto, offering something for everyone to enjoy.

Redpath Waterfront Festival presented by Billy Bishop AirportEvery three years, the festival welcomes a fleet of historic and international tall ships and maritime programming. In the years in-between, the festival features a signature programming piece that have included appearances by the World’s Largest Rubber Duck, the launch of the newly revitalized waterfront, a custom Aqua Cirque show, and the first ever Flyboard North American Championships.

In partnership with the Waterfront BIA, KSA Toronto and Harmony Marketing produced the first ever festival in 2008 as the Toronto Nautical Festival. With the success of the inaugural year, Water’s Edge Festivals & Events (WEFE), an Ontario not-for-profit organization, was created with a mandate to be the driving force behind the Redpath Waterfront Festival. KSA Toronto and Harmony Marketing continue to co-produce the festival each year with unique and exciting programming, providing a strong economic impact for Toronto and Ontario, and building strategic partnerships with significant stakeholders along the waterfront.

2020 marks the 10th anniversary for the Redpath Waterfront Festival, June 19-21. Stay tuned for program announcements.
